Norb Gresser founded Custom Builders Inc in 1970.  My Grandpa Norb has since retired, and CBI was reignited in 2011 to provide the same first-class service.  From conception to completion, the 'A Team' will include all stakeholders with open communication to ensure a successful project under budget and on time.

 

A NOTE FROM OUR PRESIDENT-JEFFREY R. REITER​

I have always had an interest in building construction and park construction.  My experience started when I was 13, working at a local greenhouse in St Michael, MN.  Since then, I have completed a 2-year degree in Construction Management, a 4-year degree in Business Finance, and over 10 years as a laborer, estimator, and project manager for a General Contractor.  Subsequently, I have reignited CBI with a knowledgeable staff having the same goals day in and day out.  We troubleshoot construction tasks with open communication and provide recommendations built on experience.

CBI will continue to grow each year with the high energy and aggressive work ethic to specialize in construction.  Future business will be built on relationships established through past performance.  The key to any business is working together with the owner analyzing each detail from start to finish developing a test to customize each project to perfection.
